Services

CSS facilities include a high performance computer room, a discussion room and a large room of 12 working blocks like a modern laboratory. Currently, our high performance computer room has a cluster of 9 servers for heavy computation programs. The facilities are collaboratively administered by CCS and CIT (Center for Information Technology). All members (including both lecturers and students) of Hanoi National University of Education can use the cluster from anywhere and anytime.

Important Information

  • To log in the system: ssh ccs1.hnue.edu.vn (or ssh 210.245.2.244) and enter your usename and password. One can use PUTTY program to connect to our system.
  • To log out the system: exit. Once after logged in, you can use 9 nodes by executing the linux command ssh or rsh, for example, "ssh node1", "ssh node2", .., "ssh node9".
  • To get an account: One want to use the cluster, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . The email should include your full name, faculty name, desired account name, required softwares (optional), etc. If your information is valid, CCS will provide you the account and necessary information to log in and to use the system.
